Summer is a great time to get back in sync with your physical therapy exercise program. We offer adolescent group classes during July and August on Mondays (8:30-10 A.M.) and Wednesdays (1-2:30 P.M.) for our established patients. New patients are encouraged to first get an individualized consultation and treatment plan before joining classes.
These classes are a great opportunity to:
- Ensure accuracy in performing prescribed exercises
- Move to advanced exercises once prescribed exercises are mastered
- Establish a good routine while schedules are more flexible during summer months
- Meet a few friends who have also been diagnosed with scoliosis
