Caroline was raised near the Connecticut shoreline, instilling in her a deep love for the ocean.

She moved to Florida to attend the University of Tampa, earning a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, and furthered her education at the University of St. Augustine, where she not only earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy but also met her husband, Eric.

Caroline and Eric relocated to Washington, DC after graduating in 2012 to begin their careers. Caroline worked for a boutique outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in downtown DC before starting her own practice in 2015.

Although always passionate about the field of physical therapy, her passion was magnified after taking extensive Schroth Scoliosis training in NYC in 2019, leading her PT friends to dub her a “Schroth junkie.”

She now works full-time in the field of scoliosis, kyphosis, and spinal disorders and is committed to conservative management of these diagnoses.

She blends her knowledge of yoga and Pilates into her treatment sessions, making sure each patient knows how to lengthen their spine and strengthen their core.

When not straightening spines in the clinic, Caroline loves a good farmer’s market, doing yoga, walking and hiking, going on beach vacations, and most of all, loving on her twin baby boys. She lives in Arlington with Eric and the twins.
